These Terms and Conditions (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you the terms and conditions under which you may make use of our website and services via www.springboardleaders.com (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user.  Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, downloading or registering to use our site to access services.

The coaching service is delivered to you 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. 

Springboard Leaders Ltd are not responsible for your personal actions or choices before, during or after using any of our services.  You understand that any use of our services, suggestions, recommendations, information developed through thought-partnership coaching sessions or discussions is at your own risk, with no liability on the part of Springboard Leaders Ltd. You accept full responsibility for your use, or non-use, of any information provided by Springboard Leaders Ltd through any means whatsoever.  Your use, or non-use, of this information is at your own risk, and you absolve Springboard Leaders Ltd of any liability or loss that you, or any other person, may incur from your or their use or non-use of such services, or information provided by Springboard Leaders Ltd. 

Springboard Leaders Ltd are not liable for the completeness, accuracy or correctness of any information uploaded on our site or via any related content. You expressly agree that your use of our services, including reliance on any advice, whether career, business or otherwise, is at your sole risk. 

You shall use all reasonable endeavours to provide all pertinent information to me that is necessary for our provision of the services.

You may, from time to time, issue reasonable instructions to us in relation to our provision of the services.  Any such instructions should be compatible with the specifications of the services.

In the event that we require the decision, approval, consent or any other communication from you in order to continue with the provision of the services or any part thereof at any time, you shall provide the same in a reasonable and timely manner.

Any delay in the provision of the services resulting from your failure or delay in complying with any of the provisions outlined herewith shall not be the responsibility or fault of Springboard Leaders Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

Applicable law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law.  You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.  However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law.  We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
