Module 1 focusses on the preparation that you can undertake before you formally start your new role. It provides guidance on how build your wider awareness of the Company. It also explores some of the behavioural aspects to be considered when starting a new role.

This module is focussed entirely on the collation of information. It examines a number of key areas where you should be starting to build an awareness. This will allow you to establish a firm foundation of knowledge on which to build.

Module 3 starts to pull together and draw on the information gathered from the previous module. It then seeks to help you formulate a logical plan which can be realistically delivered. 

The final module pulls together everything that has been done thus far. It covers how best to execute the plan, and assess its progress.

This course is for you if:

• You are about to start a new role following promotion,
• You are joining a new Company,
• You are returning to work after a prolonged absence i.e. illness, pregnancy, redundancy etc.
• You are anxious about starting your new role.

It will help reduce any anxiety you may be feeling or trepidation.

It does this by guiding you through a logical structure in your first 90 days in post.

If you are used to changing roles regularly, then this course is probably not for you as you will be experienced in transitioning roles.
